Beautiful room with comfy beds and pillows (changed from feather ones to standard one upon request) and good space (queen room with kitchenette), staff helpful and nice. Great breakfast, they changed from previous split to cold and hot - now you have all included (if breakfast included) and selection and quality of it exceeded what we expected. We ate there for 6days and even though it is same every day, we would not mind eating there even 7th day :). You get full english breakfast (so yummy!), prosciutto, ham, cheeses, cucumber, tomato, cereals, yogurt, several types of bread and pastry, jams and a lot of different fruit. Breakfast room is part of restaurant Cote at -1, it looks nice there. You can ask for glutenfree bread. Location is excellent, 5mins to 1 metro line and 8 mins to another metro line, buses (both regular and hopon-hopoff) stops right in front of hotel and you can also get to sone sights by walking.

First of all, the location is perfect. İt is very close to City Thameslink, which is only one train from/to Gatwick or to Luton Airport. In addition, more than one train station, bus stops and all attractions were very close. We had many restaurant choices and shopping places. Then, the moment you entered the hotel, it made you feel like it was at your home. All staff (including evening shifts) were very welcoming. Especially Mariana and Ari were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Eventhough, check in could be self check-in, they were there with a nice smile. The moment you asked for anything, housekeeping was there. We left our luggage at the safety room and picked them up while leaving for the airport. The room was perfect with a little view of St. Paul's Cathedral 😍 It was very clean and comfortable (Inc bed, pillow). Definitely, and without any doubt, it is my new favourite hotel in London.

Warm 24 hour front desk staff always greeted with a friendly face. Room was comfortable and clean. Coffee in room was great. Location was perfect near plenty of transportation options and food choices nearby. The church was next door, but we didn't hear the bells while inside the room. The air probably helped drown out some of the outside noise which was nice so we could sleep easier. We needed to fit four in our room (king bed suite), so they even had the sofa couch open and set up for us when we arrived! Fitness center is also open 24 hours.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city cathedral, metro, train, and bus stations, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room was well-isolated from outside noise, especially if the double bed wasn’t placed too close to the window. Even in winter, the room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, though some dishes felt a bit too heavy—but that might just be typical of English cuisine. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions.

First of all the location. A step away from St. Paul's Cathedral, the Millennium bridge and Tate Gallery. It is the first time that I enter a hotel without a formal reception and lobby. It was clean and well taken care of. The staff was eager to help. It provided reusable bottles for the residents to fill with tap water and reuse.
